Home Alone: Day 1

Yes! I am all alone today. My beloved Mom went to Zambales to unwind and be with my little sissy. She will be staying there for 4 days and she will be here in Manila on Wednesday night. That means I will be all alone for 4 straight days!

Thanks to the very creative and informative poster in one of the restrooms in Rizal's Sports Complex. Without it, this post would not be possible. Do you want to know if you are dehydrated or not without having any laboratory test and pay much? Well you must pay attention to your pee.

I wasted a lot of time

Argh! I hate wasting my precious time but I just did it today. Since I don't have any exams tomorrow because we will be going to Rizal Sports Complex to watch the opening of NAASCU, I just decided to use my free time to redesign my other blog.

Three long months have past since I bought my blog a new domain and the feeling was awesome! Knowing that the money that you used was the same money that you earned from your blogs. But putting up a new domain is not that easy because you have to do some things for you to upgrade your blog domain like the Page Rank and Alexa Rank. Aha! I am so proud of my blog. I have posted 68 quality posts and they concentrated on my personal life as a college students and personal rants as well. I also reviewed some products and movie. Today, I am on the right track. I decided to make a move for the main goal of my blog. That is to give me some extra bucks to pay the internet bills.

My Plans for the Week and after Midterms

I hate planning things especially when I am taking vacations. Why? Because almost all of them are not happening at all because there are some things that I need to prioritize other than the plans that I made before. But today, I made a list that I must do for the week and after our midterm exams.

I am Lost in a World of Java

This school term shocked me like never before. Since I am a Sophomore now, my subjects are more difficult than usual. I know that it is pretty normal because it is a sign of a progress and advancement. 

There is no Water!

We all know that we really need water for our daily living so we can cook our food, take a bath, clean the dishes and some stuffs but today, July 20, 2010 Tuesday, We found out that we don't have a water supply anymore! I think it is just not us but also in certain part of Metro Manila and Quezon City. This water shortage is because of lack of rain so the the Manila Dam can't supply enough water for all people in Manila. 

The Best Party Ever!

Our School had its third Acquaintance Party last Friday, July 16, 2010 at the Manila Grand Opera Hotel. I have blogged it before and I am so proud that the party was a success! Since I took my oath as an official Student Council in my school.

Rants of a Sun Broadband Wireless User

Last year was a very abundant year for me as a blogger because when we moved to another house here in Sampaloc Manila area, we luckily found out that our neighbor has a wireless fidelity at his home. I decided to put up  blog and earn money out of it for free since I won't gonna pay a bill for the internet connection. But early this year, after my vacation in Zambales, the free wi-fi signal was already gone. That was the saddest part of my life ever.

We Did it! The Party Was a Success!

Last night, Informatics International College Manila Branch had its Acquaintance Party at the Manila Grand Opera Hotel in Sta. Cruz Manila. I am glad to say that the party was a success! As the new elected student council in my school, I am proud of the result.

Life is repetitive but Don't ever Give up!

Last Monday, I was very emotional with my life as a college student. I came to the point that I viewed my curriculum and found out that I am not even in the middle part. I saw all of the subjects that I need to finish before the OJT and the thesis. I was like the saddest guy that night and said to myself that I am too tired.

Black Out in Metro Manila because of the Typhoon "Basyang"

If you are residing in Metro Manila, maybe you are aware of the black out that happened yesterday because of the bitchy typhoon Basyang who is now gone. That was the ultimate black out that I experienced here in Manila. I thought it will never happen here in the city and I thought that the Meralco dudes were more advance when fixing the sources of electricity. But I was wrong.

Emo no more

I hope you did not read my emo posts for the past few days because they are very ridiculous. Today was a good day for me because my schedule during this day is not that hectic. I only have one subject which is Technical Writing. After my 3 hour class, we took our dance rehearsal for our acquaintance party. We will be dancing a not-so-gay performance. haha! There will be boy bands, lady gaga appearance, and macho men with a twist. They are just SPOILERS! 

I am tired...

Boring Weekend

This is the most boring weekend ever! I know that I should do something for me to enjoy the weekend but my problem is I don't have something to do. Yesterday, I had a meeting and after that my Mom and I had to clean the house. I think my Mom will be throwing a pajama party this coming Friday. 

NeverShoutnever New Album Melody

I am a real big fan of this band called "NeverShoutNever". Yes! There are really no spaces between each words okay so don't get me wrong. Cristofer Drew is the singer and the guitarist of this band. I am not sure if it is a band or not but the kind of music that it is producing are very inspiring and full of life.

Informatics College Manila: Acquaintance Party Update

Acquaintance Party is one of the main events of Informatics International College Manila Branch. This will be the time where the freshmen and old students get together and know each other. This is the perfect time to connect and communicate with all of the students as well as the staffs in our school. 

Another Chapter of my College Life

I know that I am being a super geek this past few days because all of my blog posts were about my life as a college student. If you are new to my blog, I have posted before about my attempt in running for a position in our school (Public Relations Officer). 

What a Day!

Today, June 08, 2010 we had our room to room campaign for our student's council election tomorrow. If you didn't know what the heck I did, I just run for a Public Relations Officer in our school's student council. I must say the fight among the 3 parties were so closed. Everyone has something to prove and something to say but we don't deserve just to listen to them because we also need to do more than what they did.

I Need People's Vote but I can Live without it.

If you don't know the latest update about my personal life as a college student, let me tell you a little bit about it then. I tried my luck in politics. Yes, I ran as a Public Relations Officer in our school's organization and I know that this is not a joke at all. I am aware that I will spend time and effort for this especially for the campaign period which will be tomorrow.

I think I need a New Phone

As I have said before, I am not a kind of guy who wants to complete the electronic gadgets that are IN today. I prefer to have a mobile phone that has a good camera, mp3 player, and something to use  for communication. But I think I need to buy a new one.


I am using Nokia N73 because it has a good camera with 3.2 mega pixels that is perfect for blogging and capturing memories. N73 has a good mp3 player because it is a Xpress music edition so this satisfies my needs.

The Story Behind the Vodka

First of all, please scan my yesterday's post before reading this one because this and that one have something in common. Here is the post: Weekend in Cavite and Vodka. So here is the story behind the vodka that we drank last night.

Me and my cousin went outside the subdivision to print out the things that she will be needing for her project. It took us 1 hour because the man in the printing station can't do multi-tasking. After that, we go back inside to finish her project. But we decided to have fun so we went back outside to buy some Infinite Drink. Infinite is a cocktail drink I guess. It is has a little bit of alcohol mixture with strawberry flavor. Unfortunately, even the grocery there doesn't have it.

Weekend in Cavite and Vodka

Me and my mom are staying in Metro Manila for my studies and for her work also. We need to rent for a room that is enough for our shelter. But we have a house here in Cavite and we can stay here as long as we want for free.

Harry Potter: Deathly Hallows Trailer

Oh Yeah! This is the news that I have been waiting for and finally it happened last Tuesday. I haven't able to blog about this one because of lack of precious time so this is kinda late though. The awesome series of the coolest wizard in Hogwarts is back! I am talking about Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. The last episode of Harry Potter is the longest part of the book as well so the movie will be shown with two parts. Part 1 will be on November 2010 while Part 2 will be on July 2011.
